Items can be personalised with initials or names of up to 20 letters, in gold, silver, black, white, bronze, pink or rose gold fonts — at no extra charge.
We source high quality materials for personalisation, however normal wear and tear can be expected over time depending on cleaning, heat and usage.
No refunds or exchanges are made on used items.
Standard delivery within South Africa is a flat rate of R105 via Fastway courier.
Please allow 7–14 business days for personalised orders to be processed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking link.
Please ensure the correct cellphone number and shipping address is provided. We cannot accept responsibility for items delivered to incorrect addresses given to us.
Collection is available in Roshnee, Vereeniging. Simply select collection at checkout and we will notify you via WhatsApp or email as soon as your order is ready.
Esskay does not accept any returns, refunds or exchanges.
The only exception: in the event that your item is faulty upon arrival or delivery, we ask to be informed within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. We will thereafter assess either replacing your item or refunding you.
