Personalisation
Items can be personalised with your initials or name (up to 20 letters for names) and can be done in various fonts and colours.
Font colours are available in gold, silver, black, white, bronze, pink and rose gold.
No additional fee is charged for personalisation.
High quality materials are sourced and used for personalising. However, normal wear and tear can be expected over time,
and depends on multiple factors such as cleaning, heat and general usage.
Note: No refunds/exchanges are made on used items.
Delivery
Delivery can be made anywhere in South Africa at a standard rate of R99. Our preferred and most used courier is Fastway.
Please allow 7-14 business days for personalised orders to be processed and delivered to you. Should the delivery time of 7-14 days be delayed for any reason, the delay will be communicated.
Once items are dispatched and shipped, a tracking link will be sent to you via email with updates regarding your delivery. Orders can be tracked directly with the courier company using the tracking link sent to you. The courier company will notify you via email when your items are out for delivery. Please ensure your cell phone is on and you or someone you trust is available to collect items upon delivery
Important:
Please ensure correct cellphone number and shipping address is provided. We cannot accept responsibility for items delivered to incorrect addresses given to us.
Collection
Collection is available in Roshnee, Vereeniging. For collections, please select the “collection” option at checkout. Once your order is ready, you will be notified via a WhatsApp message or email with the address for collection.
Refunds & Returns
Please note: E S S K AY does not accept any returns, refunds or exchanges.
While we do ensure all items are not damaged before packaging for shipment, in the event that your item is faulty upon arrival or delivery, we ask to be informed within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. We will thereafter assess either replacing your item or refunding you.
